The KC Insulation Cover Plate Ø 175 is expertly designed for covering the final section of the KC flue system when using a third-party terminal. This versatile component is suitable for a range of applications including solid fuel appliances, gas coal-effect fires, oil boilers, and more. Constructed with an outer skin of 304 grade stainless steel and an inner skin of 316 grade stainless steel, each with a thickness of 0.4mm, it’s built to last.
The high-density compressed rockwool insulation (128kg/m3) ensures optimal performance. We recommend maintaining a 60mm distance from any combustible materials. HETAS approved and CE marked for peace of mind, the KC Insulation Cover Plate meets rigorous standards with its EN1856-1 T600 and T200 designations.
Installation is straightforward with the use of a locking band, ensuring secure assembly. Note: We do not accept liability for the fixing of third-party terminals to the KC system.
