The KC - Guy Wire Bracket Ø 450 is designed for use with solid fuel, gas, and oil appliances, such as woodstoves, gas coal effect fires, and boilers. This critical component ensures stable installation of chimneys that exceed 1.5 meters above roof level. Constructed with 304 grade stainless steel for the outer skin and 316 grade stainless steel for the inner skin, it offers exceptional durability.
The inner layer features a 0.5mm thickness while the outer layer is 0.4mm thick. Insulated with high-density compressed rockwool at 128kg/m³, it provides excellent heat resistance. Approved by HETAS and CE marked, it meets the highest safety standards with designation numbers EN1856-1 T600 N1 W V2 L50040 G90 and EN1856-1 T200 P1 W V2 L50040 015.
The KC - Guy Wire Bracket ensures a safety distance of 90mm from combustibles for Biomass installations, reduced to 15mm for low temperature gas and oil applications. Easy installation is achieved by securing the parts together with a Locking Band. For optimal performance and safety, it's crucial to maintain these specified distances from any combustible materials.
