The KC - Boiler Adaptor (Tapered) - Ø 450 is designed for reliable connection between your appliance and a KC Twin Wall Insulated Chimney system. Perfect for use with solid fuel and gas/oil appliances, such as woodstoves, gas coal effect fires, oil and gas boilers, and other solid fuel appliances. Constructed with high-quality materials, the outer skin utilises 304 grade stainless steel at a thickness of 0.4mm, while the inner skin employs 316 grade stainless steel at 0.5mm.
The insulation is high-density compressed rockwool, ensuring a density of 128kg/m³, and all parts are fully welded for enhanced durability. Approved and CE marked by HETAS, this adaptor complies with EN1856-1 T600 N1 W V2 L50040 G90 and EN1856-1 T200 P1 W V2 L50040 015 standards. For biomass applications, maintain a safe distance of 90mm from combustibles, and for low-temperature gas and oil, keep a distance of 15mm.
Secure installation is achieved using a Locking Band, ensuring a safe and effective chimney setup.
