The Horizontal end - Ø 80 is a key component in the SWPro modular single-wall flue system crafted from premium 316L stainless steel. Designed for both high and low-temperature applications, it can accommodate non-condensing and condensing flue gases in both positive and negative pressures. This universal flue system is perfect for a variety of uses, including boilers, ovens, ventilation systems, and as a chimney shaft liner.Constructed with high-grade 316L stainless steel, the thickness varies based on the flue diameter, ensuring durability and efficiency.
The SWPro system meets stringent standards, being CE marked with the Designation Numbers EN 1856-1: T200 H1 W Vm L50040 O(50) for Ø 80 up to Ø 200, and EN 1856-1: T200 H1 W Vm L50050 O(50) for Ø 250 up to Ø 400.Installation is straightforward with a push-fit jointing system reinforced with a locking band. For P1 and H1 installations, jointing gaskets are required at every joint, and it’s essential to maintain a 50mm clearance from the outside of the flue to any combustible materials such as wood or plasterboard. The design and construction ensure long-lasting performance, making it a cost-effective solution for both residential and commercial applications.
