The Elbow 30° - Ø 700 is an essential component in the SWPro modular single wall flue system, crafted from high-grade 316L stainless steel for superior durability and performance. This elbow is designed with a high-pressure sealing gasket P1/H1, making it suitable for both high and low temperatures, as well as non-condensing and condensing applications with flue gases in both positive and negative pressures. The versatile design of the SWPro system makes it perfect for a wide range of applications including boilers, ovens, ventilation systems, and as a chimney shaft liner.Featuring various thicknesses based on flue diameter, the SWPro system is CE marked and adheres to EN 1856-1: T200 H1 W Vm L50040 O(50) for diameters Ø 80 to Ø 200, and EN 1856-1: T200 H1 W Vm L50050 O(50) for diameters Ø 250 to Ø 400.
Installation is straightforward with a push-fit jointing system that is secured with a locking band. For P1 and H1 installations, jointing gaskets must be fitted at every joint, and a 50mm clearance from any combustible materials such as wood or plasterboard must be maintained.
