The Consolate Plate Ø450 is part of the SWPro range, an exceptional modular single wall flue system designed for versatile applications. Manufactured from high-grade 316L stainless steel, this flue system features a high-pressure sealing gasket (P1/H1). It is suitable for both high and low temperatures, handling non-condensing and condensing applications with flue gases in positive and negative pressures.The SWPro system is ideal for boilers, ovens, ventilation systems, and chimney shaft liners.
Depending on the flue diameter, the stainless steel construction comes in varying thicknesses, ensuring durability and performance. CE-marked and approved under EN 1856-1 standards, the system offers reliable safety and functionality.Installation is a breeze thanks to the modular push-fit jointing system, secured with a locking band. For P1 and H1 installations, joint gaskets must be used on every joint to maintain the integrity of the system.
Ensure a safe installation by keeping a 50mm distance from the flue's exterior to any combustible materials like wood or plasterboard.
