The Consolate plate - Ø 130 is an essential component within our modular single wall flue system, SWPro. Crafted from premium 316L grade stainless steel, this plate features thicknesses that vary according to the flue diameter, ensuring robust support across multiple applications. The SWPro system boasts a universal functionality that makes it ideal for both high and low-temperature settings as well as non-condensing and condensing environments.
The system includes a high-pressure sealing gasket P1/H1, which guarantees exceptional performance in both positive and negative pressure situations. Approved with CE markings and complying with EN 1856-1 standards, this plate is designed to support applications such as boilers, ovens, ventilation systems, and chimney shaft liners. Installation is streamlined with a push-fit jointing system and the use of a Locking Band.
For maximum safety, ensure to maintain a 50mm distance from any combustible material.
