The Consolate plate - Ø 100 is a key component in the SWPro modular single wall flue system, expertly crafted from high-grade 316L stainless steel. This versatile flue system is designed for a broad range of applications, including boilers, ovens, ventilation systems, and chimney shaft liners. Certified with EN 1856-1, it is suitable for both high and low temperatures and can manage flue gases in positive and negative pressure.
The system boasts a high-pressure sealing gasket (P1/H1) ensuring a secure fit, and it incorporates an easy push-fit jointing system secured with a Locking Band. For installations requiring P1 and H1 standards, jointing gaskets must be fitted on every joint. Always maintain a safe distance of 50mm from any combustible materials to ensure safety.
