The top-of-the-line Figaro electrochemical sensor ensures long-lasting accuracy and reliability, detecting even minimal levels of CO for maximum safety. Installation is straightforward and can be placed high in a room (above windows and doors) but not less than 150mm from the ceiling to accurately sense CO emissions.

For optimal performance, position the alarm where it can be heard by everyone in the premises, ensuring it’s no closer than 1 metre to the source appliance. If positioning is a challenge, consider installing additional alarms throughout the premises, especially to protect vulnerable groups such as the elderly, disabled, and children.Regular maintenance is key: test the alarm weekly using the test button, and clean it every six months with a damp cloth, avoiding aerosol sprays and chemicals.
