The Boiler adaptor - Ø 450 is an essential component in the SWPro modular single wall flue system, designed from high-grade 316L stainless steel. Ideal for both high and low-temperature applications, this adaptor handles non-condensing and condensing flue gases under positive and negative pressure conditions. Suitable for boilers, ovens, ventilation systems, and as a chimney shaft liner, its versatile nature ensures it meets the needs of various industrial setups.Constructed with precision, the SWPro system incorporates a high-pressure sealing gasket (P1/H1) and offers various thicknesses depending on the flue diameter.
The system is CE marked and meets several stringent industry standards, such as EN 1856-1: T200 H1 W Vm L50040 O(50) - Ø 80 up to Ø 200 and EN 1856-1: T200 H1 W Vm L50050 O(50) - Ø 250 up to Ø 400. This ensures top-notch quality and reliability.Installation is straightforward with the SWPro's push-fit jointing system, secured using a Locking Band. For P1 and H1 installations, jointing gaskets must be fitted on every joint.
Always maintain a distance of 50mm from the outside of the flue to any combustible material like wood or plasterboard, ensuring safety and efficiency.
