Please note, VIT-Smooth should only be used as a connecting pipe and must not pass through ceilings or combustible walls. Installation is straightforward: ensure the smaller diameter points downward to prevent condensates from escaping. While the friction fit joint eliminates the need for sealing, adding a jointing compound can provide extra security. For any adjustments, VIT-Smooth can be cut but make sure to coat exposed steel with high-temperature paint to prevent rust.
