Designed solely for connecting your appliance to a Flue Liner, Chimney Stack, or Twin Wall Flue System, it must not pass through ceilings or combustible walls.When installing, ensure the VIT-Smooth pipe is kept at least 375mm from combustible materials. The pipe should be correctly oriented with the smaller diameter pointing downward to prevent condensates from escaping. VIT-Smooth features a friction fit joint that typically doesn't need sealing, though additional sealing can be applied for extra security. It can be cut to size if needed, but be sure to cover any exposed steel with high-temperature paint to prevent rust.
