Crafted from zero carbon steel with a powder vitreous enamel coating, this matt black pipe ensures durability and efficiency. Ideal as a connecting pipe between your appliance and a Flue Liner, Chimney Stack, or Twin Wall Flue System, it should not pass through ceilings or combustible walls. Ensure a minimum distance of 375mm from any combustible materials during installation. The friction-fit joints require no sealant, though you can use jointing compound for added security. The VIT-Smooth pipe is cuttable, but remember to cover any exposed steel with high-temperature paint to prevent rusting. Regular maintenance through inspection and cleaning is crucial, especially for solid fuel applications.
