This cowl is suitable for solid fuel and gas/oil appliances, including wood stoves, gas coal effect fires, oil boilers, and gas boilers. It features a robust construction with an outer skin made from 304 stainless steel with a 0.4mm thickness, coated in a high-temperature black finish. The inner skin is made from 316 grade stainless steel, also with a 0.4mm thickness. The insulation comprises compressed rockwool with a density of 200kg/m3, ensuring optimal thermal efficiency. All parts are fully welded, offering enhanced durability. With a clearance of 50mm from combustibles, the TWPro MB cowl meets rigorous safety standards. It is approved by HETAS and CE marked with designations EN1856-1 T600 N1 W V2 L50040 G50 and EN1856-1 T200 P1 W V2 L50040 O20. Installation is straightforward, with chimney parts easily secured using the supplied locking band. Ensure a 50mm distance from the flue to any combustible materials for safe, long-term use.
