This robust support system features an outer layer of 304 stainless steel with a high temperature black finish, and an inner lining made from 316-grade stainless steel. With a wall thickness of 0.4mm, both layers provide exceptional durability. The insulation consists of compressed rockwool, ensuring a density of 200kg/m3 for optimal thermal efficiency. Fully welded for extra strength, it keeps a safe distance of 50mm from any combustibles. HETAS Approved and CE marked, the TWPro MB boasts designations EN1856-1 T600 N1 W V2 L50040 G50 and EN1856-1 T200 P1 W V2 L50040 O20. Installation is straightforward with the supplied locking band, maintaining a 50mm gap from flammable materials like wood and plasterboard.
