Constructed with an outer skin of 304 stainless steel, coated in a high-temperature black finish, and an inner skin made from 316-grade stainless steel, this bend offers robust durability and high performance. The insulation is compressed rockwool with a density of 200kg/m³, ensuring excellent thermal insulation. Each part is fully welded to ensure a seamless and secure installation.This TWPro 15° bend is HETAS approved and CE marked, with impressive compliance designations (EN1856-1 T600 N1 W V2 L50040 G50 and EN1856-1 T200 P1 W V2 L50040 O20). The distance to combustibles is a safe 50mm. Installation is straightforward with the supplied Locking Band, making it easy to secure the parts. Ensure you maintain the recommended 50mm gap from any combustible materials such as wood or plasterboard.
