This component features robust construction with an outer skin made from 0.4mm thick 304 stainless steel, finished in a high-temperature black coating. Its inner skin is crafted from 0.4mm thick 316 grade stainless steel, ensuring durability and resistance to corrosion. The insulation comprises compressed rockwool with a density of 200kg/m³ to provide excellent thermal efficiency. Fully welded components guarantee structural integrity. The TWPro system is HETAS approved and CE marked, highlighting its quality and compliance with safety standards. Maintaining a safe distance of 50mm from combustibles is critical for installation. The integrated locking band facilitates secure and straightforward assembly.
