This heavy-duty wall band is expertly constructed with a 304 grade stainless steel outer skin and a 316 grade stainless steel inner skin, both with a robust 0.4mm thickness. The band is insulated with high-density rockwool (230kg/m3), ensuring exceptional heat resistance and safety. The innovative design includes twist-lock couplers, and all elements are fully laser welded for extra durability. It maintains a safe 50mm distance from combustibles and is both HETAS Approved and CE marked, meeting the EN1856-1 T450 N1 D V2 L50040 G50 standard. The Sflue system also includes an 8-barbed twist lock mechanism, secured with a locking band, making installation straightforward and reliable.
