This makes it perfect for environments where durability is key. Capable of withstanding temperatures ranging from -74°C to 260°C, the Silicone Masterflash is ideal for a variety of applications.The one-piece construction ensures a straightforward, efficient installation, typically taking no longer than five minutes. The base is designed to form an effective seal around most panel configurations and roof pitches, irrespective of the pipe location. Installation is straightforward: simply select the appropriate pipe opening and trim, slide the flashing over the pipe, form it to match the roof profile, apply sealant, and secure with screws and caps—tools provided in the Fixing Kit. Note that three Standard Fixing Kits are required for complete installation.
