Manufactured in the UK, this red chimney cap combines functionality with aesthetic appeal. Before installation, ensure the existing chimney is inspected for cracks and clear of debris. The integrity of the cement flaunching must be confirmed, and the pot should be securely fixed. Clean both the inside top of the pot and the terminal’s joint face, making sure all surfaces are undamaged and debris-free. Mix mortar with a brick-coloured dye and apply a bead to the top face of the pot. Carefully insert the spigot, pressing it lightly onto the mortar joint, align the terminal vertically, and trim any excess mortar. Smooth and taper out the mortar to prevent rain ingress.
