The MI-VIT Lite Reducer Ø 150-125mm is an essential component for connecting pipes between your appliance and the main flue system. Suitable for gas, oil, and solid fuel appliances, it can withstand temperatures up to 600°C. Manufactured from zero carbon steel with a vitreous enamel coating in a sleek matt black finish, this reducer is both durable and stylish. When installed with a seal, it achieves a P1 pressure rating at working temperatures up to 200°C T200. Note that it should not be used through ceilings or combustible walls, and must be installed at least 450mm away from any combustible materials. Regular maintenance by inspecting and cleaning is recommended, especially for solid fuel applications. Access doors should be installed at directional changes for easier maintenance. The MI-VIT Lite features friction fit joints, and for positive pressure applications, seals should be placed on every joint. This product is engineered to be cut, but caution must be taken to cover exposed steel with high-temperature paint to prevent rust.
