The Mi-Pellet Increaser Ø 80mm Boiler to Ø 100 is engineered for optimal performance in connecting various appliances to your flue system. Suitable for gas, oil, and solid fuel setups, it handles temperatures up to 600°C. Crafted from zero carbon steel and finished in matt black vitreous enamel, this single skin flue system promises durability and excellent heat resistance. The Mi-Pellet is designed for use as a connecting pipe between your appliance and Flue Liner/Chimney Stack/Twin Wall Flue System, but it should never be used to pass through ceilings or combustible walls. For proper installation, ensure the smaller diameter is pointing downward to keep condensates within the system. In high temperature (T600) applications, sealing the joints is not necessary due to its friction fit design. However, for positive pressure (P1) pellet installations, seals must be applied at every joint. Always wear appropriate PPE during installation. Regular cleaning and inspection are crucial, especially for solid fuel applications, which should be maintained at least once a year. Incorporating access doors at directional changes makes maintenance easier, ensuring a long-lasting and efficient system.
