The Mi-Pellet Female-Female Connector Ø 100mm is a top-tier connecting pipe designed for gas, oil, and solid fuel appliances with temperatures up to 600°C. Primarily, it acts as a connection between your appliance and either a flue liner, chimney stack, or twin-wall flue system. While it excels in handling high temperatures, it should not be used to penetrate ceilings or combustible walls.For optimal installation, ensure this pipe is positioned at least 375mm away from combustible materials. Always fit it with the smaller diameter pointing downwards to keep condensates within the flue system. It features a friction-fit joint, eliminating the need for sealants in high-temperature scenarios (up to 600°C). However, for positive pressure applications (P1), seals are required on every joint. If you need to cut the Mi-Pellet, it's crucial to coat the exposed steel with high-temperature paint to prevent rust.
