APPLICATIONThe Mi-Pellet Adjustable Wall Bracket 80mm is expertly designed for use with gas, oil, and solid fuel appliances, handling temperatures up to 600°C. This versatile bracket provides lateral support for connecting pipes between your appliance and the flue liner, chimney stack, or twin wall flue system. Important to note: Mi-Pellet pipes should never be used to pass through ceilings or combustible walls.CONSTRUCTIONCrafted from zero carbon steel and finished with a durable vitreous enamel coating, the Mi-Pellet is robust yet elegant in matt black. It's perfect for installations where materials must withstand up to 600°C. Opt for a P1 pressure rating (up to 200°C) when using a seal. The friction fit joint system means no sealing is required for high-temperature T600 installations, though seals are necessary for P1 applications to prevent positive pressure leakage.INSTALLATIONEnsure installation maintains a safe distance of 375mm from combustible materials like wood or plasterboards. Always orient the Mi-Pellet pipe with the smaller diameter pointing downward to keep condensates within the flue system. If modifications are needed, any cut steel must be treated with high-temperature paint to prevent rusting. Remember to wear appropriate PPE during installation for your safety.MAINTENANCERegular inspections and cleanings are vital, particularly for solid fuel applications. Installing Mi-Pellet with access doors at directional changes facilitates easier maintenance. We recommend at least annual chimney sweeping to maintain best performance and safety.
