The MI-Flash No 2 Tile Black EPDM 175-275mm AL-760x660 is an excellent flashing solution designed for tiled roofs. Made with an environmentally safe, lead-free aluminium base, it offers temperature resistance from -55°C to 135°C, making it suited for varied weather conditions. The EPDM rubber upstand guarantees longevity with a 20-year lifespan. A built-in 20° pitch adapts to most roof pitches, including those up to 45°, providing incredible versatility. The pull tab design with smooth tear grooves eliminates the need for knife cutting, ensuring a circular hole effortlessly.Installation is straightforward: adjust the pull tab to the correct size using pliers or a Stanley knife, apply silicone sealant to the back, remove tiles around the pipe, slide the flashing over it, fasten it to the roof, and cut the tile to fit on top, ensuring the base of the flashing rests on the tile's top comfortably.
