Featuring an environmentally safe, lead-free aluminium base, this flashing is perfect for adapting to various roof pitches up to 45°. The Grey SILICONE rubber upstand, designed to last up to 20 years, ensures a snug fit. The integrated 20° pitch and innovative pull tab and smooth tear grooving make installation straightforward, eliminating the need for precise knife cuts. Simply pull or cut to size, apply silicone sealant, place over the pipe, fasten to the roof, and fit tiles around the flashing base.
