The MI-Flash No 1 Tile Black EPDM 80-200mm LD-605x505 is an essential component for anyone requiring a robust and flexible roofing solution. Suitable for tiled roofs, this flashing boasts a temperature resistance of -55°C to 135°C, making it ideal for a variety of climates. Constructed with an environmentally safe, lead-free aluminium base and a durable EPDM rubber upstand designed to last 20 years, this product is built to endure. The integrated 20° pitch allows superior adaptability to nearly any roof angle, including up to 45°. Featuring a pull-tab design and smooth tear grooving, it eliminates the need for cutting by knife, offering a hassle-free installation. To install, simply adjust the pull tabs to size using pliers, apply silicone sealant to the back of the flashing, remove surrounding tiles, slide the flashing over the pipe, fasten to the roof, and trim the tile to fit.
