The Flow Kit for Aduro 9 Series is essential for those looking to optimise the performance of their wood-burning stoves. An efficient draft in your chimney is crucial for the stove to work effectively, as it's the driving force behind the system. The draft is influenced by the difference in temperature between the smoke inside the chimney and the outside air, along with wind conditions and chimney height. Modern stoves, including the Aduro 9 Series, are designed to make the most of the wood by cooling the smoke efficiently. However, this can sometimes lead to insufficient draft, particularly in stoves with substantial glass areas and elevated combustion chambers. To mitigate low chimney draft issues, the Aduro 9 Flow Kit comes with an exhaust deflector, a heat shield (excluding models 9-3, 9-4, 9-5 & 9-7), and a new rating plate. This kit allows you to adjust the stove for a higher exhaust temperature, enhancing the draft and ensuring optimal performance.
